Contribution of PAU students to the advancement of AU Agenda 2063

|   PAU

Dear subscribers,

The African Union theme for the year 2021 which is “Arts, Culture and Heritage: levers for Building the Africa We Want” aims to promote investment in Arts and culture which may substantially contribute to Africa’s economic growth.

Following a Call for Papers launched last year, we are pleased to announce that the Article of Daphne Tinomuda Gora, 7th batch of Master at PAUGHSS and currently doing internship at EAC Secretariat, was selected and published in the 2021 AU ECHO Magazine. This contribution by a PAU student is worth commending as it is unprecedented.

Considering the high-ranking readers of this Magazine including Heads of State, Ministers and senior policy-makers, the selection process is merit-based, meaning that this student is brilliant. Moreover, the ideas developed in her article could be used in the advancement of the AU Agenda.

We encourage all the African youth, and especially PAU students to emulate this initiative and congratulate our student.

Yes, at AU, youths voices are echoed and heard!
