 Living around the University area in Soa is ideal for first year students of the Faculty of Law and Political Science (FLPS) and those of the Faculty of Economics and Management (FEM) as well as for students of thePan-African University Institute of Governance, Human and social sciences. For students of the Schools and those in the Masters cycle the Ngoa-Ekele campus (Yaoundé) is ideal. 

The cost of rooms is homologated by the special Brigade in charge of lodging presided over by the Soa Administrative authorities. These may vary between 7000 F CFA (11 euros) and 35000 F CFA (40 euros) per month depending on access and comfort.
