1. SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND DELIVERY SOLAR GRID HYBRID SYSTEM TO PAN AFRICAN UNIVERSITY.
2. SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND DELIVERY CCTV CAMERA SYSTEM TO PAN AFRICAN UNIVERSITY

Details are listed in the specification attached.

Bidding is open to all Contractors who meet the eligibility criteria below:

1. Bidders shall be Registered Companies with a valid trading license 

2) Pan African University Commission now invites signed Bids from eligible Bidders

3) Entries of joint venture should have a lead Company which should clearly state the members of the joint venture and a Memorandum of Understanding signed and sealed by all members.

4) Documentation accompanying the bid must be in English

5) ETN, Pin Certificate, Certificate of incorporation, Tax Compliant Certificate

6) Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from The Pan African University offices during office hours i.e. 0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below.

Offers must beelectronic mail address: paustibids@jkuat.ac.ke delivered in TWO SEPARATE folders pdf file on or before 28th February 2025 at 5:00PM.

 Files folder should be clearly marked with the Title of the procurement and procurement number.

Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days.  Late bids will be rejected
