REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL 
As part of the operationalization of the African Union Organ, The Pan African University Institute of Basic Sciences Technology and Innovation (PAUSTI) hereby invites all interested, experienced, and licensed Consultancy firm to submit proposals for consultancy firm for provision services. Details are listed in the Terms of reference attached.
Bidding is open to all Contractors who meet the eligibility criteria below:
1) Bidders shall be Registered Companies with a valid trading license
2) Minimum five years’ Experience in provision of consultancy firm for provision of entrepreneurship and innovation boot camp preferably with projects comparable in size and magnitude of the PAUSTI’S current requirement.
3) Signed bid form
4) Proof of Firm’s financial capacity for the last three years. (To be enclosed with the technical proposal)
5) Entries of joint venture should have a lead Company which should clearly state the members of the joint venture and a Memorandum of Understanding signed and sealed by all members.
6) Documentation accompanying the bid must be in English

delivered in TWO SEPARATE folders pdf file on or before 6th December 2024 at 5:00PM.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR TECHNICAL PROPOSAL DOES NOT INDICATE ANY PRICE ELEMENTS
Separate files folder should be clearly marked with the Title of the procurement and procurement number.
Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days. Late bids will be rejected
